Through the old town of Salò, we find this restaurant with more than 70 year-long history, with a very high quality food. At the entrance, we find an arch from which starts a slightly uphill till the main entrance door.
Immediately you are surrounded by the atmosphere and hospitality of this place, with valuable paintings and natural stones that make everything relaxing and private.
The room has more than 40 seats to which are added those of the veranda and, during the summer, the seats in the garden and in the porch. The kitchen is well equipped and complete of all the machinery; all the rooms added to it, as sanitary and wine cellars, are recent and up to date.

Within the property, there are also a common laundry room and a second porch with a beautiful working fireplace, a big garage and a storeroom.
By an internal staircase of the restaurant, you enter the courtyard, located between the two blocks of houses, composed by garden and porch, covered by a “roof” of vine leaves, both used as a summer room for customers. Next to the porch, on the terraced garden from which you can enjoy a beautiful lake view, have been made some vegetable gardens where are grown some raw materials such as vegetables and seasonal fruits. The whole property has a second entrance, delimited by a gate and two parking spaces (in addition to those in the garage).
This property can have different kind of solution in commercial activities: the Bed & Breakfast is always the most quoted thanks to the great growth of the city of Salò. Manage the spaces of the four apartments and use the restaurant’s room for breakfast can be one solution.
